One World One Dream

I have loved watching the Olympics!! They are a memory tied to Alexi's birth. For the three weeks that we were at PCMC (Primary Children's Medical Center) we watched the Athens 2004 Summer Olympics. Watching the games brought a sense of normalcy to the situation and having the noise of the commentators/crowds filled the empty space that hung in our hospital room. It has been so wonderful to watch the athletes compete, feeling of the pride that each one has for their country and cheering on our favorites.

Some of my favorite events are: diving, synchronized diving, swimming, gymnastics, beach volleyball, and although I have never seen it, I really look forward to watching the synchronized swimming.
